Jennifer Hamilton is a Public Health Educator with the Cortland County Health Department since 2001. She has managed the day-to-day operations of tobacco control and prevention programming of the New York State Department of Health’s grant program in Cortland County since 2001, and is currently the Community Engagement Lead Coordinator for the Tobacco Free Zone program of Cortland, Tompkins and Chenango Counties. She is also co-chair of the Cortland County Gov’t Employee Health & Wellness Committee.
Jennifer grew up in Cortland - attended and graduated from Tompkins Cortland Community College and SUNY Cortland. She now resides in the Village of Homer with her two children, Olivia (a teenager!) and Caleb. Besides parenting, Jennifer enjoys participating in sports and recreational activities such as golf, bowling, volleyball and tennis.
